I came in to the office after seeing Eagle clinic on the weekend - Dr. Reade wasn't available and I saw Candace Smith. I was impressed with her. She checked me for I guess a secondary infection after a virus. My symptoms were pink eye sinus congestion laryngitis sore throat and cough that wasn't productive due to asthma. I got an antibiotic z pack eye drops and an inhaler - doing much better now!!! thank you!

Dr. Candace Smith with Eagle@Triad has been my PCP for several years. She is friendly, kind, considerate, and truly concerned about my well-being. I have never felt hurried during any of my office visits. I would recommend Dr. Smith to anyone.
