I have been a patient of Dr. Smith’s for over 20 years. Dr. Smith is always very thorough and genuine as is all of the doctors and staff at Eagle physicians at Triad. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith and any doctor at this facility. They work well with all my other doctors to make sure I have the best care and that my health is always where it should be.

I reiterate previously expressed opinions about Dr. Candace Smith in saying that she is the best! She's thorough, direct and as difficult as it must be to remember each patient, she recalls specific information. I originally went to another doctor associated with Eagle Physicians and requested a change. I have been very satisfied with Dr. Smith.
