They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They also seem extremely money hungry! The girl at the front desk was like a vulture when it came to collecting my copay and there was an older woman there that was upset about the bill she had received. I wanted to pay it for her because I felt so bad but all the girl kept telling her was that they were under new management and there were no more discounts. I thought the poor woman was going to cry. They got her money and mine but I guarantee neither of us will ever go back. Very unprofessional.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The Office Manager was an absolute sweetheart. She went over all the work I needed done and explained everything to me. She really took her time with me and made me feel so comfortable. I have never had any one do that for me before and It really made a big difference,

I've been going there for a decade and spent a lot of money there. I agree with the previous poster that the bedside manner is horrible and most of the people there are rude. However, I dealt with the miserable attitudes because they were doing a good job - up until now. I was sick with the flu, vomiting, etc. I had a dentist appointment for Mon afternoon to have a crown put in. I called Mon morning to cancel. They wouldn't let me -- they told me that it'd be too hard for them to "fill a 1 hour slot" and that I should just come in sick. When I got there, I was the only customer there. Somehow, I had to wait 45 minutes until they brought me in. Half way thru the procedure, Dr. Z left to start working on another patient (which he does frequently). I waited, watching TV and taking naps for over 40 minutes. Dr. Z finally came back, apologized for the delay, and finished the job. The next day, I realized the crown did not fit and was not flush with my other teeth. After going there more than 10 years, I'm done. Never again.

Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
