My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. And they charged my insurance company, got paid and then never called me to make another appointment since July, 2010. I now submitted an appeal to my insurance company after I found out the got paid for something they did not do and now they want to charge me for "their" time! Big rip-off place!!! And unless you call their bluff they never respond!
