Dr. Shaeffer is so genuinely friendly and pleasant, I actually look forward to going to the dentist. She's very thorough, and goes above and beyond in caring for her patients. Kind and helpful staff as well.

I have been with Dr. Willette Shaeffer for eight years and can't live without her. She is a very caring, friendly and thorough dentist! She will make you feel like part of the family. The staff is warm and affectionate. It's easy to make an appointment. The office is clean, and has a relaxing atmosphere, and there's no waiting time when you get there. Besides all that, it's the most affordable dentist you could find in the whole city of Jacksonville, trust me!

The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
