II always satisfied with Dr. W.Shaeffer work, she is extremely skillful and very careful dentist. She cares more about the quality of her treatment than about the time the treatment may take, so you can spent more time in that chair if something comes up. The best dentist I ever met!

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly.

They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. They told me a little advice about what I could do at home to prevent cavities, but not enough. I was hoping for more information.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
