I used to be afraid of Dentist until I met the Shaeffers. All of them are the best!!! I have a broken C1-C2 with implant and fusion. They always handle me with extreme care!!! I feel that I am not just one of the patients but I feel that I am part of their family treated with utmost care.

I will go to any Dentist. I have recommended them to many friends and officemates too. They won't recommend treatments that you don't really need.

BTW, if you need specialize dental treatment (due to your special needs) they also give great recommendation.

I love the Shaeffers and all their staffs!

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office?
Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment?
Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt!
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

The dentist and technical staff is great, however, the same can not be said of their office staff. They fail to return phone calls. Don't check their messages. Not responsive and not co-operative in handling over-payment refunds.
