absolutely horrible. told me i needed deep cleaning which was wrong so my dentist in mt shasta took care of my cleaning and letting me know there were only a couple pockets of 4 and no 5's and my gums were pink and no bleeding. western dental in redding were calling out all these 5'S. i got two filling's on top to take care of. #5 & 7 #7 is a filling that is leaking and needs to be replaced. You have one chance to take care of it before i return to my dentist in shasta on the 9th

I was on hold for 37 minutes when I called to cancel my appointment and finally I hung up the phone still not talking to anyone. Diana Spataro called again and still put on hold so I am canceling via email Appt 12;15 January 4th birthdate 3/6/57

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist and orthodontist. They don't behave like truly professional people. They seem untrained. I don't recommend them. One of their former oral surgeons told me that there was no follow up there, and that's one of the reasons he left them.
