These people are incompetent and unprofessional. This includes the reception girls (you will have nothing but a recipe for disaster with that many girls together in one room) and the doctors.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I made an appointment and was waiting over an hour before they told me that they would not be seeing me today and I was going to have to reschedule for another day. I can't help but wonder if there is some kind of scam or fraud going on here, with their massive over scheduling and their wait times being outrageous. After I left I watched as 3 different staff members left the office (possibly going to lunch) and were laughing with each other. It doesn't seem to effect them at all to see unhappy patients/customers, and they offered no empathy in turning me away, as if it is what they are used to doing daily. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. If you can go somewhere else I would! This place is very unprofessional and there seems to be no personal rapport. Nothing like the family dentist I went to in the Bay area for most of my life. Very Sad. I expect more from so called professionals.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are slow and lazy and scam artists. I will never go again. in their defense, they are for the low income, and with the saying 'you get what you pay for', they are good enough for some.
