I have been a patient here for about 5 yrs.... until today! I will not be going back here AT ALL! All of a sudden there was an issue with my 11 yr old not haveing his OWN medi-cal (plastic card), which I have never had one to begin with. He has valid medi-cal which was easy for them to verify. He has had no problem being seen here before (without his own card) BUT, today it was a problem and the staff was extremlely rude, not considerate or compassionate what so ever! They made me embaressed in front of the entire lobby and my son was not able to be seen! WE WILL NOW BE FINDING A NEW DENTIST AND ORTHODONTIST!!!!

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. The staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Lots of dental assistants walking around aimlessly looking confused and not sure what to do. Once x-rayed, we were seen quickly but even the dentist only stopped in to check teeth and then walked out. No discussion or recommendations. Assistant quickly cleaned my son's teeth and left. We walked ourselves out. No advice on how to care for teeth at home. When asked if they could fill out an assessment form for my son's school they told me I would have to leave it and come back at a later time because they were too busy to fill it out. I do not look forward to having to go back to this dental office.
