Dr. Fiala and his staff and just wonderful. From the initial consultation to surgery day, everyone is great. Dr. Fiala took extra time with me during my consult to ensure I was going to be happy with my results. He explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. His recommendations were spot on with what I wanted. His work is beautiful. The incisions are almost unnoticeable and I am very pleased with the results. The staff is always friendly, patient and very helpful. I have emailed, called and had extra questions during my visits and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. I even had a second consult with one of the nurses and she was so kind and generous. I would recommend Dr. Fiala to anyone!!

I appreciate Dr Fiala's professional opinion. He was very informative and I felt very comfortable before getting my operation. The staff has been very attentive and helpful in every way. He is a very good listener and pays attention to his patient concerns. Even after my surgery he took time to listen and answer all my questions without me feeling rushed. He did a great job on my breast and I recommend him to everyone.

I had a breast augmentation as well as botox. Dr. Fiala and his staff were very professional , knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time with me and my husband. I wait for less than 5 minutes every time I go into the office. I was most impressed with his webiste. The amount of pictures on the site were amazing and he displays all different shapes and sizes, which I feel is very important. When I requested information I was sent an "E-Book" that was about 50 pages and loaded with information. It answered every question that I had before I stepped into the office. I highly recommend this office.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Fiala and his staff for giving me back my confidence. Dr. Fiala is an outstanding doctor and my experience with Trish has been amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Fiala. From the first day, everyone has been welcoming and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the one on one attention that I got. I have referred several family members and friends to Fiala Aesthetics.
