They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

They were late to all my appointments. I had to wait over an hour for them to call me back. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I was disappointed that he did not greet me when he came in to do my back procedure. While he did put on fresh gloves, infection controll procedures state wash hands before and after the gloves. all in all very thorough but not much on personality.
