The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
No. I still haven't talked to them.

I always to give a fair assessment and/or constructive criticism where necessary. I've had two appointments with Dr. Joseph so far. My first appointment, I waited for over 1 hour in the lobby then another 2 in the examination room. Throughout the appointment, several times, he left to take care of other things "real quick". Despite the interruptions, he seemed nice and caring - and almost made me forget that it was nearly 5 pm and I had arrived a little after 12 pm. My second appointment, however, was not so pleasant. The front desk staff acted as though I was a nuisance for interrupting their early morning chatting session, when asking where to sign in. Once again, I was made to wait nearly an hour and a half in the lobby - and watched several people who arrived well after me be called in - and leave - as I waited. After finally being called in to the exam room, Dr. Joseph came in, in what appeared to be a "bad mood". I smiled and said "Hi", he didn't respond and sat on the wheelie stool and began reading my medical notes into his recorder. He and his nurse chatted about human resource issues while performing my procedure, during which time he got a call, and said "well, we're done here right?" and then left. I didn't get to say or ask anything. This being my first real appointment with them, I could use "a little" guidance. I think I may look for somewhere else to go, since they obviously don't have time for me here.

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

You know how after you do something for a while it gets boring? Well that happens here, you blend in with the walls after a time and as long as you go with the flow you are okay - just don't ask about your treatments or if there are any other out there. it becomes robotic with the the assistant doing all of the real work and the doc, well he just sits and records what the assistant writes down. Watch out if he has a bad day.
