They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. I was stabbed with vials of "God knows what" while face down on a table, before even being able to discuss what was wrong with me!! Went there for migraines and back pain and came out with searing shoulder pain that I never had before I managed to escape!! How is the rating for this place so high?! DON'T GO HERE and save yourself!! I've been in LESS pain since NOT going to that horrid place!

Dr. Joseph's staff went out of their way to get me into the office. I went into the office barely able to move and walked out comfortable for the first time in weeks. I don't like taking pain medications and was very pleased when Dr. Joseph informed me that my particular problem would be better treated with injections that he was able to perform the same day as my appointment. Rarely have I been to a physician that was able to diagnosis and treat my problem so quickly, personably, and professionally. I highly recommend Dr. Joseph and the Pain Clinic!
