Dr. Bibhuti is inept and a pharmaceutical company minion. Please note when you are in his office there are always pharmaceutical company reps and his office looks like a mini drug company campaign. He is always LATE for appts. and then is arrogant and wont apologize. His bedside manner is non-existent and I am glad to have found a new practioner.

When we set up our appointment, they had almost no availability, but we were able to book an appointment in their limited schedule.

On Friday 9/20 at nearly 7pm, I received a call and voicemail from their reception staff, suggesting we need to reschedule our appointment because they had their doctor's schedule wrong.

On Saturday 9/21 I received a second call and voicemail for the same.

I was traveling during this weekend, and did not have any opportunity to return the calls.

On Monday 9/22, I received 2 more calls and voicemails, at 11am and 4pm respectively.

"Man, these folks sure are pushy!", I thought to myself. The last of the voicemails even included a passive-aggressively tones "We've *been trying* to reach you.." as if it is my duty to be at their beck and call.

We finally rescheduled the appointment. No problem, minus attitude.

On 10/4, I received two more calls and voicemails, each suggesting that they once again screwed up the doctor's schedule, and needed me to reschedule my appointment as a result. The 2 calls and voicemails were 20 minutes apart from each other.

IT IS NOT OKAY TO CALL/BADGER SOMEONE THIS OFTEN.

Anyway, we call back.

Receptionist: "Oh, sorry, this one is my fault. I told the receptionist the wrong date"

Us: "Well, that's fine, but we can't keep waiting and rescheduling, We need to be seen. Please cancel the appointment, stop calling, and we'll find another doctor"

Receptionist: "No, wait, can you bring him today?"

Us: "No."

Receptionist: "Can you bring him on Saturday?"

Suddenly, they had all this immediate availability, meanwhile both times we tried to book an appointment, their "earliest possible appointment" was weeks away.

Us: "No. Please just cancel everything and stop calling us."

We'll instead go somewhere with a competent staff.

They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. My whole experience at this office was below average.
