They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. The biggest issue is that one of the doctors has left since I last visited, thus much of the patients only see Dr. Mishra, hence waiting for an hour or more in a room to see him.
