The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

However, they take forever to answer the phone.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
