The staff here was rude and unwelcoming. Totally not a family environment at all; however, Dr. Wright is very kind, and the opposite of the front staff. Dr. Wright is very understanding, and she does care for your health. Unfortunately I went else where due to the front staff, I hated scheduling with them, they are rude and inpatient and I felt like I was an inconvenience to them when scheduling when all I wanted was to check my Depo appt.

Everything is good except one has to wait about 2-3 weeks just to get results back for any labs. I have to keep calling them to send the results and I always get the same excuse "the doctor has not viewed them yet"... though I know the lab results were in the doctors office about 1-2 days but takes the doctor 2-3 weeks to view them. Very annoying...

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.
