There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

The only problem I had with my visit was that the nurse did not measure my height. Why not? It makes a huge difference when it comes to computing a healthy weight for me. Is it too much trouble? Was the nurse lazy?
