The staff here was rude and unwelcoming. Totally not a family environment at all; however, Dr. Wright is very kind, and the opposite of the front staff. Dr. Wright is very understanding, and she does care for your health. Unfortunately I went else where due to the front staff, I hated scheduling with them, they are rude and inpatient and I felt like I was an inconvenience to them when scheduling when all I wanted was to check my Depo appt.

Everything is good except one has to wait about 2-3 weeks just to get results back for any labs. I have to keep calling them to send the results and I always get the same excuse "the doctor has not viewed them yet"... though I know the lab results were in the doctors office about 1-2 days but takes the doctor 2-3 weeks to view them. Very annoying...
