Dr. MacDonald and his staff are exceptional. He has properly diagnosised complex problems and listens attentively. He is courteous and caring, remembering details visit to visit and treats you as an individual. I highly reccomend this office.

They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. The chairs they had in the waiting room were horrible. I was so uncomfortable; I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
