The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I overheard Dr. Kennedy berating the nursing home staff inappropriately and publicly.
