Even though they are slammed a lot. I love the folks there. Dr. MacDonald has always taken time with me . I work in the medical field and the BIGGEST hold up in the practice is these insurance companies. Also when you work for a big institution such as Vanderbilt , you are required to get as many through as possible. You know...make the big fellas more money not the doctors.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
