7/2/15, 1st visit. Staff friendly, I had sent in new patient info ahead of time, my new patient information was set up, no wait time at all.
Dr. was thorough discussing what he immediately seen, and further knew after seeing my last lab work. He discussed clearly his plan and what would be immediate steps followed thereafter next steps. I was pleased with my experience and trust Dr. Halawani.

I was truly amazed at the broad approach this provider took that considered so many aspects of my life outside of their specialty. Amazing!

This was my first visit to this physician. He immediately recognized that my TSH numbers were off - way off. My primary had just told me that there was "no problem" with the numbers. The doctor reduced the dosage and also advised me of the proper way to take the thyroid medication. I will wait to weigh in completely on whether this doctor is good or not. So far, he seems to be attentive, listens well, and made helpful suggestions to me.

With regard to the staff, my experience was quite positive. The receptionist who took my initial information was pleasant and returned my ID in a timely manner. The nurse who took my BP identified herself to me and told me that she would be my nurse going forward. She explained to me how long it would be before the doctor would be in to see me. About ten minutes. Upon leaving, the scheduler gave me all of the information for follow up blood work, tests and next visit. She was very polite. She thanked me for being patient because she had to take a call. What more can you ask for these days??? As I said, this was my first visit, but so far - very good!
