I appreciated the fact that the staff was so friendly and nice. I felt very welcome. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. What really put my mind at ease was the fact that all of their office equipment was in superior shape. Everything was very advanced and very well taken care of. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.
