Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I don't feel the Dr. listens well, he does not make you feel comfortable, he carries the attitude that your illness is your fault and in all retropect doesn't seem to explore the metobolic possibilities even though he advertises himself as a metobolic specilist. I'm seeking another specialist. I have been seeing him since September of 2010 and my diabetes seems worse. I experience several extreme drops in blook sugars following his instructions and when I try to explain this, he seems to brush me off.

in this case, I found the staff to be very rude as one specific staff member named Maria speaks over me and thinks she knows it all when she is only a "receptionsist". the doctor is arrogant and extremely rude with his comments. I observed has no regards to females..doesn't take them seriously. i gave him a chance to prove himself but doesn't listen to me as a patient and if you dare question his profession or suggest a test order, he will recommend you see a psychiatrist as he did with me during my first time meeting him in an office visit (when he is the one that needs the psychiatrist)! I was turned off when i submitted new lab results to the nurse for his review and as he came into the room and reviewed my chart, he was referring to the "last results" he had of several months ago instead what is attached on the top of my chart (which indicated he is NOT attentitive and not taking my health seriously). i have made the decision to seek other doctors no matter how distant in duration. He makes too many "assumptions" based on culture and ethnic background and I don't appreciate being judged because he has a one way set of mind. he contradicts himself and concludes his findings in a 2 minute office visit, which indicates his lack of interest in the patients concerns. the only reason i continued to see him and take his verbal abuse and arrogant comments is because he was the only one in the area that i became familar with. now i know to drive anywhere but not his office! the office doesn't return calls for inquiries, or lab results, they expect you to make an appointment so that I can "pay again!" very rude! I will look for another doctor who cares and takes my health seriously and not treat me only as a bill. trying to get rich quick with his 2 minute office visits. refused to speak to me after the office visit, sent his recptionist to tell me my time "was up". very rude.
