Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

I bought a Groupon for this spa and it was the worst idea ever. Their customer service is clearly nonexistent. They never answer their phone and ask you leave a message, which they never return. My Groupon expires in a week...you'd think in a 3 month window that one could get an appointment, but that's impossible.

Bought a groupon and tried to book a couples massage. A made at least 5 attempts to book. Every time I was told they were busy and would call back to schedule. They never called me back. I ended up canceling the groupon. Seems they don't have their act together at all. Definitely not the experience I want from a spa.

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Not at all, they were ridiculous!

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

This is my second time to email about this company. I bought the mini day spa groupon for 65 dollars about a month and a half ago. No one returned my call for two weeks trying to book an appt.. But finally got an appt much later than desired. they called to confirm my appt for the next day. The next morning I showed up to my appt to find that no employee was there. After waiting 20 min and trying to call the company I left a voicemail about how upset I was. Later that afternoon the boss (Melissa) called me to let me know that her worker was hungover and drunk and was a no show. She expressed more of her frustrations and anger about the situation but did not seem to care about my frustration with the company. She said she would call me back later that day and would reschedule my appt. she never called back. Not only would I like a refund on my groupon but I would like to express my concern about how this business is run. I would not recommend this spa to anyone and spread how unprofessional they are.

I would strongly reconsider your business with this company
