It was easy to make my first appointment at Serenity. However, after signing a monthly contract where they draft money from my account monthly, it became practically impossible to make an appointment. I had numerous unreturned phone calls. When I finally did get an appointment, the owner Melissa cancelled about 20 minutes before. When we rescheduled, I waited outside the locked salon for over 20 minutes. The door was locked and nobody was there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS SALON!!

For this being my first visit ever to a spa, I was disappointed. No one smiled or looked pleased when I walked in. So from the beginning I had my doubts on the facility. I had purchased a spa package so the first thing was the sweddish massage. I was not impressed with my masseuse Toni. I dont believe I received the full massage since she didnt do my mid or lower back. To make things worse she was texting or emailing while trying to massage using one hand. Paige did good with my facial and as for Yesenia and the serenity of the feet was very poor not to mention we could hear her cell phone conversation while trying to relax during my facial. Overall I felt it was unprofessional. I will look for spa services else where.

AFTER SIGNING A CONTRACT AND GETTING OUR MONEY DRAFTED MONTHLY
SOMETIME DOUBLE TIMES, WE WERE CANCELLED SEVERAL TIMES AFTER FINALLY GETTING TIRED OF RESCHEDULING OVER AND OVER FOR OUR COUPLES MESSAGES WE CANCELLED OUR CONTRACT, WHICH AFTER CAME A CALL FROM MELISSA THE OWNER SAYING IF WE CANCEL WE CAN NOT GET CREDIT OR MAKE UP THE MISSED APPOINTMENTS SHE HAD DEDUCTED FROM OUR BANK ALREADY AGAIN SHE CAN NOT KEEP A FULL STAFF EVER SO ALL THE TIME S WE MISSED WERE BECAUSE SHE WOULD CALL US SAYING NO ONE TO DO COUPLES SESSION WITH HER, AGAIN THAT WAS MAIN REASON MY WIFE AND I JIONED SO YES WE LOST TO HER BUT AFTER ALL WE ARE GLAD NO LONGER INVOLVED WITH HER OR HER BUSINESS AT WORK 4 OTHER GIRLS DROPPED HER ALSO THEY HAVE ON REASONS WHY
