The staff could use work I think. I've had long phone waits, unfriendly as far as copays. When I first went, I didn't have a check and they didn't take Visa/MC. They do seem better now.

Dr. Horsley is friendly and seems thorough and knowledgeable. I've no problem with him. Waits are acceptable but longer.
