I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. The office staff did a terrible job of billing and then acted like it was my fault. I tried many times to correct the info they had, but the billing was always wrong. The reseptionist must be a family member without any worries about her job. I was always treated poorly but kept going because Dr. Horsly seemed like a good and kind Dr. Can't take it any more!

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation.
