The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

Yes everything was neat and sterile

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting
