One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I am very pleased with Dr. Salvato, however, several members of her office staff are unprofessional and do not answer phones in a reasonable amount of time. The office staff could use customer service training because too often they have left patients on hold and not come back or not returned messages left on voice mail. If you voice a complaint to the office manager she seems to be unconcerned.

I plan on recommending them to anyone who asks. I got a lot of help. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

Have used this doctor for years. Dr. Salvato and especially her nurse practitioner, Carol, are very attentive and helpful. They work with many immune problems, including CFIDS, Fibromyalgia, MS, Gulf War Syndrome, and many others. They are very caring.
