The doctor is amazing. She does treatments no other doctor does- but should! Her treatment plan has changed my life! Literally!
However, her office staff is horrible! They are very cold, and downright rude. The various office departments do not communicate with each other! Getting medical records faxed over to my insurance company is a nightmare! It's not that their records department is bad- but they never get the message from either the receptionist or the nurses. Honestly, the nursing staff caused me to question if I should continue seeing Dr. Salvato- but her treatments are worth the inconvenience.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I got such a warm welcome here! They were so friendly and welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never, they are very reliable.
