I have been charged a NO-SHOW Fee when my Appointment for 2/2/17 was cancelled by none other than the so-called Nurse--ON THE PHONE!!! I could NOT reach anyone due to the fact that 444-5670 simply sends you to countless Extensions--and you NEVER talk to anyone!! However this individual that called my Home 2 times-literally treated me like a criminal!! I have a witness to that fact. Also- that same "nurse" literally bullied me in the Doc Office--since March 2016. Nothing will happen to her,though--Affirmitave-Action still in place. No,I am no longer with Blue Ridge Pain Man. due to the constant harrassment by this so-called nurse!!!

i have been under the care of dr swanson for many many years if not for him i would not be able to function in every day life.he has helped me so much in that matter that i live a somewhat productive life. i had massive damage too my face and knee. because of his knowledge and compassion, i am able to function on what i consider to be the best that can be expected in my circumstance. this is a caring and very caring doctor ,and i would advise anyone with constant pain to seek his assistance .

Dr. Swanson is amazing! Concerned with ME and my well being. Takes the time to talk and to listen to me and my problems and concerns. Sweet, caring and kind. I definitely recommend Dr. Swanson.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I had visited Dr Swanson on several occasions with severe neck and back pain, He had a RECENT MRI of both and he insisted to workers comp I was exagerating all of my symptoms. basically there was nothing wrong with me !! Once I got refered to a real DR, It was very plain on the same MRI that Dr Swanson had been looking at I had 3 severley herniated disc in my lower back as well as two broke disc in my neck, I had 6 screws and two metal rods put in my cervical and lower back is being treated with meds due to my real Dr says that surgery will not give me any pain relief in my lower back, Probably make it worse. SWANSON? NOOOOOO GOOD . He needs a refresher coarse on reading Xrays and MRI's for sure.
