I didn't realize the amount of stress I had while working in Corporate America. Now that I work at home, I feel better. I have less headaches and I can enjoy life. I have the flexibility to take vacations with my loved ones whenever I need it. Rather than having to get my small allotted time approved off. And I mean SMALL(10 days off a year including sick leave). \n\nI love waking up and having NO commute other than the one from my bed to the computer. lol I have lost weight and I feel so much better in general.\n\nI love what I do and I will never go back to Corporate America again.

I've discovered that the best way to help others live happier, healthier lives is by being the example. \nEvery day, I try to constantly remember what I'm grateful for, thus creating happiness for myself and attracting more happiness and events to be grateful for. I also believe that illness cannot live in a body that has a happy mind, so I strive to focus on the positive things in my life.\nI am a massage therapist, and I love being able to help people feel good, but I also like reminding people that they are able to control their health and happiness, and I have very little to do with their healing, I am merely a witness.\n\nSo as Ghandi would say, "Be the change you wish to see in the world".\nAnd that is my goal daily. I wish everyone who reads this laughter, success, happiness, health, wealth, love, abundance and prosperity.\n

One of the biggest ways I do this is to use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT- sometimes called that tapping thing) for myself. The clearer and less reactive I am the more I help the people around me by simply being. Inner peace first right.

I've been in practice since 1992 and am still enjoying every minute. Began focus on integrative wellness care a couple years ago and like practice even more!

My goal is to teach what makes a spine unique. In this define weaknesses and set about to strengthen using a Chiropractic Biophysics - a postural, structural, and exercise health model.
