work injury's and how Ca. tosses you aside when you can't be fixed on the cheep

When you get hurt at work in CA. the new rules favor the insurance company's. When it comes to getting the really injured folks taken care of, due to time constraints your forgotten, or you dig into the insurers bottom line that wont happen because we know whats really important.More or less your left to fend for yourself.Social security takes two years to get approved if your lucky enough to get it anyway. Then it take a lawyer who wants 25% of your money and by that time your so fare in the hole with creditor they get the rest.So your right back to where you started( broke) and (hungry). While the lawyers, DR's and other make out like bandits. This whole system is set up for the professionals to actually get help and the badly injured only supply the body needed to milk the system for their gain.If we truly wanted this kind of insurance to help the injured we must get rid of the lawyers and the adjusters & find DR's who wont milk the hell out of the cost structure witch they always do.All DR's need to listen to their patient to here what they are telling them. When most DR's are so busy they do not have time for the important part listening and the after report when do they do this 5 min after they see the patient or at the end of the day when they get to it.What is the guideline for them on filling out patients reviews.
