Energy Modalities That Heal

EFT, TFT, BodyTalk, Matrix Energetics and Reiki are taking us by storm. Reiki is an Energy Modality that has been around thousands of years, used as treatment in many other countries such as Egypt, China,India, and Japan where it was originated up to the present day. Why is it we are first beginning to hear about these miracle treatments now? My guess is that at least one of the reasons is that it has been a secret, so to speak, in America. Let's face it, the Pharmaceutical Companies are very powerful and they would lose billions if it ever became popular to use these simple techniques over their expensive medicines. Another reason is, they are so simple that it is hard to believe they can work, many laugh at the possibility.
The other day I gently confronted a young man in a wheel chair about the possibility and was almost attacked by both he and his father for even suggesting such an alternative.

Another of the families I had been working with had a fifty year old Schizophrenic son who was complaining of pain in his neck. I believe with further counseling that would have passed but because his parents believed in going straight to medical Doctor's for treatment I suggested an alternative treatment, I was aware of for arthritis, that I felt would relieve his pain. It was a simple massage with a certain oil.

That seemed too simple to them, so they consulted with a medical Doctor who prescribed a shot of Botox in his neck. I warned them the Botox could mean permanent damage to their son, while the oil would not hurt at all.

The patient complained he did not like the oil, because it was messy. They gave him the shot of Botox after which he could not pick his head up at all. They went back to the Doctor who then gave them another shot of Botox. he remains permanenty unable to pick his head up.

I am not implying that Doctors are incompetent or useless. Many are great Healers and most are incredibly good at diagnosing the problems at hand. The perfect match is both the Physician and the Alternative Healer working together.

We can go on and on about why it is that these simple unabtrusive alternatives are, for the most part, not accepted and not a common place treament here in the United States, but this article is about how they work and not about why they are used less then they should be.

They work because Energy is all around us and is us. We are made up of Energy, everything is. Your TV brings you shows from around the world, as does the Radio, your Microwave can cook your food with Energy another way and your cell phone allows you to receive calls from around the world from the towers that are receiving the Energy. That is how distant Healing works. The Healer is sending you the Healing Energy the same way.

I have clients that call me during an illness or after an accident to put them on my distant healing list for that evening , thanking me in the morning. I always encorage them to check themselves out the next day with their medical Doctor as well.
