Since I like to read, but havent in YEARS...i decided to kill to birds with one stone... I have been reading some really good books that I bought about 5 yrs ago! Thats when my fiance died...I'm mad that I didnt read them sooner...they are so helpful! I think I just may not have been ready until now..or at least thats what I'm leaving it at. lol The books are about "letting go" "The Language of Letting Go"..Melody Beattie "FindingPeace...Letting Go and Liking it"...Paula PeisnerCoxe and my fav....."Healing after loss" Martha Whitmore Hickman............... all of these have bee really helpful. Two of them are daily readers and are great food for thought..gives me something to roll around in my brain when I need to get away from the negative. I was in a relationship just recently that ended not so nicely and it really hurt me and my self-esteem.....these have been helping me let me know that it NOT me....it was him! It helps me in alot of aspects of my life...they are really great tools mentally Hope they can maybe help someone else too Amy
