Youth Confidence through Training and Conditioning

Over the past 6 months I have trained a group of high school boys football team, girls from field hockey team, and a few kids under the age of 10. Although they are at different fitness levels in their development, they all want attention and to know they did a good job. Even at times when they are struggling physically they need to know you still believe in them during unsuccessful attempts.

I believe that adults can play a major role in kids lives just by teaching and believing in them. We all want to fill wanted and the kids are no different. Strength and conditioning helps bring out the best and worst in kids just like life does. As adults we have to effectively communicate what is happening and why to allow the kids to grow into themselves. We should set expectations and teach the kids how to reach their full potential by example.

Youth fitness is a big part of the child's development. I am very fortunate to see this transformation of some many youth. Get your kids active today.
