Vitamin A (low dose, fish liver source), B complex (phosphorylated, non-yeast), vitamin C (non-corn, 1000mgs. twice per day), magnesium (not -oxide), electrolytes, whey to support glutathione. Don't take fish oils, probiotics may contain fructans which can irritate bowel function, multiple v+m may or may not be useful.....
