I'm 5'8", 150lbs, wear a size six and I want to lose 20lbs or fit into a size 4 (which ever comes first). I'm a vegetarian but have a heavy addiction to bread and everything that has carbs. I workout but not on a regularly. On the night of 11/8/09, I decided that I WILL lose that weight. I decided that I will go to the gym at least 4X per week and at least one hour cardio in additon to other exercises....
