They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

They were average

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
No, I don't think so
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Their office was clean and tidy, I did not inspect it. I had a great experience here and will most definitely refer them to others in need of an internist. I was able to relax during my appointment here.

They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time, but he has so many patients and tries to see all he can. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I love my Doctor and wish I did not have to change, I have been his pt for about 26 years. This Doctor believes in the work of the Lord as well as his own, You don't find that everyday.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
