They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.

I had a great experience here and will most definitely refer Dr. Thompson to others in need of an internist. I love that he and his staff are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. Appointments are scheduled to accommodate the working person. They go out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. Dr Thompson is a very good doctor and you can tell when he is checking you out that he really cares about your well being. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
