I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I've been a patient of Dr. Thompson's since the 1980's and he's been a rock! His entire staff has always been kind and helpful.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
