I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I loved that they took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment's risks and benefits. I felt much more confident going into treatment. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

II have been a patient of Dr Saba for 2 years. She is a caring physician who takes the time to listen to you and explain your condition, medications, possible side effects and any other things you might need to discuss. On the appointmentsI have had to see Dr. Waters, it is quite different. He is short, not very interested in what you have to say, more interested in his computer and on my last visit when I asked him about some blood test results he told me to ask my primary Dr about them. I replied that I was here and wished to know what would cause this elevation in sodium and chloride levels from him. His response was If I paid him $20 more and he would tell me!
I left his office, had my records faxed to me and I am going to the Cleveland Clinic where I will not be subjected to such an ignorant little man who thinks that this is the way to speak to patients. By the way, he was training an intern or resident... I hope she was equally appalled at his behavior

In 2011, my wife was very ill and due to her fragile health we had to reschedule 3 times (always within 24hr window!). For our last appointment I physically wasn't able to take her to her, so it was marked down as a "no show". Weeks later we got a nasty gram dismissing us from his practice.

Fast forward to March 2013, my wife was recently diagnosed CDC-positive with Lyme Disease. Dr. Waters shows up in at least one Lyme forum as a Lyme-literate doctor. So I reluctantly call to setup an appointment- guess what I was told! Nope, he will not take my wife, she was dismissed in 2011. I begged the staff to tell the Dr. that she was recently diagnosed with Lyme- still he denies taking her back into his practice stating she was a "liability". Judge for yourself. In my experience, this doctor did not show compassion, understanding or forgieness, not even when I personally guaranteed I would make my wife show up for every scheduled appointment. It takes humility to accept other people's mistakes and move on- this doctor does not have it.
