The patient does not even have a name. You function, totally impersonal, and I just another cpt9 and DRG for you to bill out.
My condition has continually worsened
I have been going to you for a year.
You have still not come up with an actionable diagnosis.
I am fully aware that currently there is no cure. We both know that there is medication that can slow the harmful process.
For some reason, I am sure for your own protection or benefit, none was prescribed.
Your lack of action has caused me harm. I do not know how to measure what you have done.
It is not the cheap perfume that upsets you; it is the rank odor of an unethical physician that has betrayed his oath a long time ago.
The internet affords the common man access to the world with many groups and organizations keeping data bases on the care rendered by physicians.
You shall know my name kind sir.
It is a small world.
You are so aware that you lie to yourself. You write that I should call the office as what to do with the medications you prescribed.
You have not prescribed medication. In fact you have done nothing other than be rude and arrogant.
It might be time for you to retire.
I shall voice my displeasure to the referring doctor as well as my Insurance company

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. Their equipment was current,The staff was friendly and helpfull. They were the best thing in the practice. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. During my appointment, I wasn't offered any sort of ideas or recommendations to help me prevent or reduce my inflammation. I was really disappointed.
