The doctor was very professional and I felt like she was concerned but the way the office is run is not acceptable. I have waited at least two hours waiting to see the doctor. It took three days for the office to return a phone call and that was calling every day. Do not plan to return.

Dr. Kimberley Wilson is a gentle, compassionate person and a competent, caring physician. She spent time explaining her thoughts concerning my symptoms and medical records. She explained the results of my tests, courses of treatments, and likely developments.

Dr. Wilson is the best Rheumatologist I have had since I started seeing one, and I had two before her. The staff is friendly and efficient. The downside is that she sometimes is overbooked, I imagine because of her popularity and perhaps her not feeling right about turning people away.

I have had to wait sometimes an hour, a few times much much more. On the upside - once you do get in to see her or her PA, the take the time with you to thoroughly cover your issues, make sure you have your meds, and make sure that you make a follow up appointment.
