I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Not only are they the best rheumatologist I've ever seen, I think they're the best rheumatologist in the field. I would trust their advice over any other doctor's. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

6 months to get an appointment, 2 hours in the waiting room and an hour in the actual room before I walked out just pissed. Not 1 time did anyone give me an update until I was walking out.
