After 30 years in the health field, I am stunned at the unprofessionalism of Dr. Ewald. I was told that after 4 visits, he could not give me a diagnosis because insurance could not be billed for both a cortisone injection and a discussion about the diagnosis. He just wanted to treat the pain. I explained that pain is a symptom and what would it take to figure out what was causing it, he shrugged. He was very rude and condescending....not a sympathetic doctor at all. He was only concerned about billing out insurance.

Absolutely not. I even asked for advice, but was ignored!

I have been seeing Dr. Ewald for some time. I only had to wait once and that was because he had an emergeny at the hospital. I have found him to be very helpful. He always takes his time with me and explains things. His staff is also helpful. I have had no problems with billing. Parking is easy as there is a big lot right near the office building. I recommend this doctor.

They are one of the most reliable doctors I've ever been to. They always keep their appointments, and even call me to remind me the day before. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Almost every time I go, I have to remind them who I am and why I'm there. They obviously don't make much of an effort to get to know their patients. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They didn’t rush my appointment at all. They told me everything I needed to know, and answered all of my questions.
