The doctor was very informative. I was instructed to wait for the clinic to contact me back for further instructions and what not. I have still yet to hear back, since my appointment. Other than that it was all good.

consultation. they were amazing! they asked me many important questions and approached each one with respect and trans knowledgable language. my only recommendation would be to preface the questions in the future, because sometimes it was hard to tell why a question was being asked (which can be scary for trans clients). for example, 'for insurance purposes, can you share more about xyz' or 'im trying to get an understanding of your gender expression goals, can you explain xyz to me'

Very friendly and patient staff, truly made the experience more enjoyable. Answered all of my questions. Caveman was big help in greeting me and escorting me to my post op room.

Dr. Satterwhite is incredible. He is so warm and kind and put me so at ease and made me feel comfortable and confident in the procedure. He really cares about his patients and you feel that. His results truly are personalized and tailored to each client's needs and wishes to create a beautiful and natural outcome - this is why I chose to get FFS with him, and I cannot say enough thanks and praise for his delivery on just that. I feel so happy and excited about my results and I know that the final results are months ahead of me, but already I feel so much more confident and comfortable in my own skin. The healing and recovery has been so easy and painless due to Align's amazing work, and all of my features look natural and is starting to look just how MY face was always supposed to look. I feel like I am blossoming and I am so grateful for Dr. Satterwhite and all of his practice. Debby the PA was so kind and thoughtful and so helpful staying in touch with my concerns and questions post-op, and everyone in the practice made me feel cared for and respected and valued. Lara, Rachel, Grainne, Jennifer, and Sean were all so helpful and cared for my questions and needs from the beginning.

Staff was very friendly the day of my surgery. Vanessa did an amazing job getting me ready for my IV and also taking care of me the following morning post-op at the hotel. Dr.Gurujal did my breast augmentation last year and everything turned out perfect so I could not wait to come back and do my a Facial Feminization with him. I just got my FFS and I am one week post-op and I do not even recognize myself in the mirror!! Such a good caring doctor definitely recommend! Debby was also checking in with me daily making sure everything was okay I love her ...

I have had a wonderful experience with the entire staff and my surgeon he has been excellent with surgeries and has given me realistic expectations and nurse Debbie is absolutely awesome and I enjoy our conversations and her knowledge on the trans procedures. She and Dr Satterwhite is great with communication and is always there for me when I need them.

Everyone was very helpful, friendly, and gentle. Really makes you feel at home. At first I was nervous about not being in a hospital, but Lara and Debb made sure that I would be taken care of. Oh yeah...to the guy that walked me into the operating room (Luis I believe)...YOURE AWESOME...
